Beginning his journey in real estate while simultaneously serving as a full-time firefighter, Lewis sought to combine his passion for helping others with the pursuit of financial independence. His work as a firefighter allowed him to build a solid foundation for his business on his days off.

For a decade, Lewis balanced these dual roles with success, but the demands of running a growing business while managing sleepless nights on emergency calls eventually took a toll on his health. After undergoing three heart surgeries in ten years, Lewis made the difficult decision to leave the fire service.

Fortunately, the skills he honed in the fire department—resilience, crisis management, customer service, and leadership—translated seamlessly into the world of real estate. These invaluable lessons have helped him become a trusted thought leader in real estate, mindset, and coaching.

Today, as the owner of LW Real Estate Team and an Associate Broker at Real Brokerage, Lewis is dedicated to empowering others. He is also the co-founder of Leaders Wanted Mastermind, a platform where he shares his expertise and fosters collaboration among real estate professionals.
