Licensed since 2021, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing multiple facets of the real estate process—working as an assistant, transaction coordinator, co-agent, and primary agent. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the details that make a successful transaction, and I’m dedicated to ensuring my clients navigate the process smoothly from start to finish.

I have a particular love for older homes with history and charm, but I’m always excited to help clients explore all kinds of possibilities in the market and find a space that speaks to them.

Having lived in Ogden my whole life, I’m deeply familiar with the area, but I’ve had the pleasure of helping clients find their perfect home all over Northern Utah—ranging from Box Elder County to Utah County. Aaron M. Nelson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public safety and real estate. With a career spanning over 14 years, Aaron M. Nelson has dedicated much of their life to serving and protecting the community, first as a firefighter and later as a law enforcement officer. While serving in these public safety roles, Aaron M. Nelson served simultaneously as a US Army Reserve Component Soldier. These roles allowed them to develop a deep understanding of crisis management, teamwork, and leadership under pressure.

In 2021, following the conclusion of Aaron M. Nelson's tenure of military reservist service, transitioned into real estate, bringing the same commitment to service and attention to detail that defined their work in public safety. As a licensed real estate agent, Aaron M. Nelson is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market with integrity and professionalism. Christina is an upbeat empath with a style that emphasizes creativity, collaboration and an unwavering drive to turn challenges into opportunities. Married to her high school sweetheart, she is the mother of two human teenagers, and one French Bulldog. Her broad range of experience includes: leading at-risk youth through the Utah wilderness, office management in a U.S. Embassy in West Africa, hospital administration in Southern California, construction management and various other business ventures locally. This has provided her with a unique perspective and a commitment to providing exceptional service. 

Christina is a physical and mental health enthusiast. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, she possesses a deep understanding of human behavior and a strong focus on building authentic and meaningful relationships. Having owned homes in Davis and Salt Lake Counties, she is a local area expert. Above all, she is kind, dependable and diligent. When you meet her you will know, Christina is the real deal.

Jeramy is a dedicated professional who finds joy in both his family life and serving his community. When he’s not spending quality time outdoors camping with his wife and children, Jeramy serves as a full-time Fire Captain in Weber County. His passion for helping others has extended beyond his firefighting career into other areas, including his work as a Home Inspector and now as a Realtor.
